We connect each member to a network attorney based on the requested area of law as close to their home or office as possible (generally within 30 miles). Although some times an attorney can be located outside a member’s desired range, it is well worth the travel time if a member can save hundreds to thousands of dollars. Keep in mind, legal assistance can be handled over the phone, by fax or by e-mail.

Pre-existing matters are not excluded.  You can use the legal plan benefits towards all legal matters, including pre-existing and on-going matters.

The Personal Legal Plan covers you, as the primary member, and if applicable, your spouse or domestic partner, dependent children under the age of 25, and any dependents that may be living with you such as a parent or grandparent.

The Business Legal Plan covers the business.
